Company Policy
i. PAYMENTS: We accept the following methods of payment: Cashiers check, money order, personal checks, paypal, Mastercard or Visa. Payments such as Personal Checks or pending paypal payments must clear before shipment unless references are supplied. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: COINS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE CARDHOLDER’S BILLING ADDRESS unless prior arrangements are made.
ii. RETURN POLICY: COINS REMOVED FROM ANY HOLDER ARE CONSIDERED SOLD AND RETURN PRIVILEGE IS VOID. 10-day return privilege. If you plan on returning something, you must notify us by email, mail, fax, or phone within this 10 day period. All returns must be mailed back no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. We do not guarantee any independent grades. This includes and is not limited to professional grading companies, individual opinions, or anyone else who has their own grading standards.
We will not be responsible for returns that are damaged or lost if it isn't properly packaged or insured. We offer a credit or refund minus shipping costs. All Credit card and paypal returns are subject to 3% bank charge for restocking. Any Bullion or bullion associated items (includes but is not limited to gold and silver coins) are subject to the markets volatility.
iii. SHIPPING: We ship primarily by USPS Insured and Registered Mail. All shipments are insured against loss in shipment. We like to ship with insurance on all valuables for your and our protection.
Postage terms:
· $8.00 - orders $0-500,
· $10 above $500 - $1,000
· $15 above $1,000 - $5,000
· $20 above $5,000 - $25,000
· $20 for overnight Fed/Ex shipping to a street address, limited availability may apply.
· Order in excess of $25,000 are not guaranteed through USPS and will be at the customer’s responsibility.
iv. LAYAWAY: 10% down at the time items ordered. If order is cancelled, changed or altered, the initial down payment is non-refundable. Any Layaway item(s) which are returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
v. AVAILABILITY: All coins listed or advertised are subject to prior sale and any given item listed may not be available for purchase. We cannot guarantee any prices listed unless prices are confirmed at the time of purchase and payment is received in full.
